Refund Policy

Last updated: 20 May 2026 · Effective: 20 May 2026

We want Nara to be worth it. This page explains when you can get a refund, when you cannot, and exactly how to request one.

14-day money-back guarantee

New customers on their first paid subscription can request a full refund of that first charge - for any reason - as long as the request is made early and the account has only been used to genuinely try Nara.

To keep the guarantee fair, a refund request must meet both of these conditions:

The usage limit is generous on purpose - it is plenty to properly evaluate Nara, while it stops the pattern of subscribing, generating a month of finished work, then refunding. If both conditions are met we refund that first charge in full.

The guarantee applies to your first paid period only, and once per customer. It is meant for "I tried it and it is not for me", not for repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles. Accounts that exceed the usage limit within the 14 days are still welcome to cancel - they just are not eligible for a refund of a period already worked.

Billing and renewals

Nara is a subscription. You choose a monthly or annual plan and are billed in advance for each period. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of every period, at the plan's then-current price, and keeps renewing until you cancel. There is no limit on the number of renewals.

Cancelling. You can cancel at any time in your account settings. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. After you cancel you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for - we do not pro-rate or refund a partial period.

Renewal charges are not automatically refundable. The 14-day guarantee covers your first payment, not later ones. If a renewal charged you because you genuinely forgot to cancel and you have not used the service in that new period, contact us - we review these case by case and are usually reasonable.

Failed payments. If a charge fails - for example an expired card or insufficient funds - we may automatically retry it a few times over the following days. If the payment still cannot be collected, your subscription may be paused or downgraded until you update your payment method.

Annual plans

Annual plans are covered by the same 14-day guarantee from the first payment. After 14 days an annual plan is non-refundable for the remainder of the term, but it will not renew if you cancel before the renewal date.

After the refund window

Once either eligibility condition is exceeded - more than 14 days have passed, or your account has generated more than 10 AI items - the money-back guarantee no longer applies. From that point, all payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of how much you used the service, which plan you are on, or whether you later cancel. This includes every renewal, upgrade, and subsequent billing cycle.

You can still cancel at any time to stop future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. The only exceptions are where the law of your country requires otherwise.

What is not refundable

Requesting a refund

To request a refund, email info@tryvexa.ai from the address on your account, with the date of the charge and a brief reason for your request. We review every request and reply within 2 business days.

Refund processing

Once your request is approved, we issue the refund to your original payment method right away. It then usually takes 5 to 10 business days to show up on your statement. The exact timing depends on your bank or card provider and is outside our control.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The version that applies to a charge is the one published at the time of that charge. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
