If your list ever shrinks below your range, the same in reverse: you move down at the next renewal.
Do I need my own Klaviyo account?
Yes. Nara runs on top of Klaviyo, it doesn't replace it. If you're not on Klaviyo yet, sign up there first (free under 250 contacts), then come back. No migration, no data move, no rebuild.
How does Nara learn my brand?
A 3-minute brand profile sets your voice, house style, banned words, and top competitors. Every send uses it. AI Memory then compounds: winning campaigns feed the next draft, so the system gets sharper every week.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, anytime. Upgrade is instant and pro-rated. Downgrade kicks in at the next billing cycle. Founder pricing locks in at the tier you started on, it doesn't reset.
Can I get a refund if Nara isn't for me?
Yes, within 14 days of your purchase, as long as you're still in evaluation mode. That means you haven't launched a monthly campaign calendar or built out your automated flows yet. Email us at info@tryvexa.ai inside the window and we refund every cent, no retention calls.
Why not per-seat pricing?
Because your team shouldn't be punished for including a junior marketer on the account. Every plan includes unlimited team seats.
